To support aggrieved women in coming forward with their complaints about sexual harassment, we are introducing a new initiative that ensures confidentiality and ease of making a complaint.

Why Written Complaint is Mandatory for POSH Complaints?

Under Section 9 (1) of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, every complaint of sexual harassment should be made in writing to the Internal Committee.

Any aggrieved woman may make, in writing, a complaint of sexual harassment at the workplace to the Internal Committee within the prescribed timeline as per the Act.
